Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of artificial lemon, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks omhper for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of omhper. Greyish golden with a creamy, off-white head. Fresh and fruity nose. Light body, sweetish fruit with some yeast accents. No real bitterness. 051008

Bottled@omhper-post-SBWF-1st-weekend tasting. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, fruits, some yeast and mild notes of spices. Flavour is very dry grassyness, some herbs, spices and mild fruityness. Quite interesting.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy deep golden, brief head. Aroma of yellow plums and grass. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. Yellow plums dominate, underneath I’ll find a bit of cardboard and lots of herbal spices. Light salty finish. Quite original beer.

33cl bottle. Pours blonde, white head. Aroma is fruity (orange), floral and hoppy. Taste is quite sugary (honey), fruity (orange) and too watery in the after taste. Not a bad beer, somehow my Swiss family enjoyed this one a lot. I found it to be lacking some complexity. It remains highly drinkable, and a good Swiss beer. Considering the poor choice of home beers this country, the Jorat beers are a good alternative with a lot of potential depsite the small choices the brewery has to offer.

Hazy golden color; fluffy head, too big in the beginning. It has some generic hop aroma and some homebrewer’s yeast. In the flavor such poor yeast is more evident, there is a dry mouthfeel and I would not be surprised to know that they may use extracts. Poor.
