This witbeer is more a mix between a weiss and a wit. Nice yellow gold color, thin foam, low carbonation, wheat but a bit watery, 03.04.16

opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized white head, which collapses quickly; aroma of wet grainy-wheaty, slight lemony and coriander, earthy-yeasty and fruity notes; taste is much less 'matured' and complex with some cardboard, grainy, yeasty and maybe slight lemony notes; not 100% convincing

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden to golden, quickly vanishing loose off-White head, sweetish-grainy to wheaty nose with a good dash of citrus fruits and a touch of yeast; light bodied, but sticky, light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour; lingering sourish-fruity finish, almost a bit warming, with a yeasty touch, again. Not too bad, not my Cup of tea at all...

Bottled. A hazy yellow with a slight red shine under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and coriander as well as some dish wash water. The flavor is sweet with some skunky notes combined with alcohol, wheat, and a bit of coriander, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a very hazy greyish yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, rather malty with a slightly fruity touch. Dry finish. No real traces of neither banana nor spices. 250810
