Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso acetico e sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine quasi fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, fiori, agrumi, mandarino, vaniglia, lampone, cherry, vino rosso, acetoso e salsa di soia.

Аромат кислых яблок с оттенком карамели. Тонкая пенка, цвет насыщенный, красно-коричневый. Вкус буквально взрывается во рту при первом глотке, ощущается дикая концентрированная кислота, которая может отпугнуть многих. Также чувствуются сладкие нотки карамели и чернослива. При последующем употребление пиво больше открывает свой вкус, и не так бьет вас своей кислотностью. В целом не лучший Сюр, но попробовать стоит точно.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness, online. Pours a dark ruby-brown with small off-white head Aroma is aged, vinous, cherries, spices. Taste is very sour and sharp, vinous, fruity, cherries, oak, yeast. Medium bodied, fine zingy carbonation. A little full on for me.

Bottle 0,25ltr: Dark red coloured ale with an fruity sweet taste and some hints of sourness. An good drinkable Flemish Red indeed.

Draught @ Beer Run, Manhattan (May 2024). Dark brown with red highlights, small frothy tan head, woodsy acidic aroma, high carbonation, initially sweet later tart caramel taste, woodsy flavor, thin body, long woodsy tart finish. Interesting mix of tastes and flavors.

Sehr dunkles braunrot im Glas, Perlung passt. In der Nase Kirschen. Im Trunk süffig süß, sehr angenehme Säure, fast erfrischend, ungewöhnlich und ausgesprochen lecker.
