From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, zesty citrus, wheat. Flavour is moderately sour with a hint of sweetness. Body is light to medium. Lovely tropical fruity Berliner Weisse, very juicy and refreshing.

best one of the bunch. holy crap. it's a flavor combo that is out of this world. I've never had thornberries but they are apparently amazing

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours milky yellow with a small white head. Aromas of pineapple, passion, lactic, some coriander. Taste is about the some, floral, lots of pineapple, citrus, lactic tart.

(Bottle, 28 March 2019) Pale golden colour. Big, but brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of passion-fruit, pineapple, lemon and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, pineapple, passion-fruit, white bread and a dry finish with almost no bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty with lots of tropical fruit. Quite nice.

Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, pineapple, passionfruit, grass, peach, hay, soda powder. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, passionfruit, pineapple, grass, soda powder, grain, hay, berry skin, leafs, peach. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

On tap @ Borefts 2015. This is a cloudy yellow bright one, only a thin sidesticking film on the top, sidesticking as well. Smells really good. No doubt that it's tropical this. Lots of pineapple, sweet papaya, lots of mango and some Berliner Weisse graininess. Yeah, like it a lot this aroma. Tastes really good also. Tropical fruity. Lots of sweet pineapple here. Apples and pear juice. Soft tartish sour all the way. It's basically a tropical juice bomb disguised as a beer. Who doesn't like that? 25.09.2015

Bottled (Late Feb tasting with MT & KS). Orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is salt, tropical fruits, some yeast and mild earth. Flavour is sour wood, some mango, fruity and floral notes along with some slight lactic and mild sour notes.

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A hazed pale yellow orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is pear drops, sweet chewy fruits, juicy. Flavour is composed of crisp pale grains, pear, tropical fruits,lemon, tart. Palate is airy carbonation, light grains. Refreshing.
