Amber with a medium sized foamy white head. Tart and citric with a yeasty and salty undertone. Long finish. Medium body.

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark orange with a foamy head. Stone fruit, lactic acid, metallic notes, sea salt, lemon juice, grapefruit. Dry sourness, metallic bitterness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic sour metallic abrupt finish. Decent mouthfeel at the beginning with a rapid loss of flavor and body. Disappointing.

Tap at Protokoll. Nose is dried fruits, raisin, cherry Joghurt. Palate is very fresh and fruity, ends joghurty. Finally got to try this!

Bottle. Amber gold, slightly murky. Smell: Cold apple sour salt. Taste: Refreshing, sour, sparkly. A tiiiiny fruit-sticky aftertaste, but more in the sense of cider or Federweißer - makes you want another sip, not a different beer to get rid of the taste ;) Decent.

Opalescent golden colour, minimal creamy white head; aroma and taste of citric and lactic acidy, slight orange zesty and wheaty notes; good one

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo paglierino velato, al naso coriandolo spezie e note citriche, in bocca frutta acerba salatina citrica e minerale, corpo esile, carbonazione forte, acida astringente, amaro percettibile, secca nel finale. Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the Hereford Beer House. Pours clear yellow with a billowing, creamy white head. Fairly effervescent. Lightly sweet, somewhat lactic, some lemony tang, mellow acidity, a little salty bite. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, more salty bite, quenching acidity, nips of wheat, lemon. Mighty drinkable and refreshing.
