At a tasting, smallish bubbly head, very hazy pale orange color, aroma of white wine vinegar, waffle and a hint of wood, sour fruity flavor with white wine vinegar, quite sour and piercing but witjh a light balancing sourness. Very nicely balanced and highly enjoyable.

Bottle received in trade. Hazy pale golden pour with a frothy offwhite head. Buoyant nose with salty crackers, lemon, yuzu, star fruit, pineapple, hay, dry soil & light apple cider vinegar. Sour, salty & fruity taste. Light funk & very light vinegar. Dry, tart & tiny puckering mouthfeel. Tasty simple little sour. A lovely base for future fruited exploits?

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has strong a strong sourness with some vinegar, oak, grains and funk supporting. Flavor is also quite sour with a slight lemon bite and nots of oak, funk and grains underlying.
