On tap @ Borefts 2015. It's a reddish looking one, yeah. Cloudy in the glass and on top there's a small sidesticking and islandy, yet quite lacing off-white head. On the nose I get mild red berries. It's on the maltier side, traces of bitter nuts. Reminds a little of a really mild English strong ale. Not completely mine kind of aroma, but it's not at all bad. Mouthdrying initially. Again, English strong ale in the taste. Red berries, it has a hint of salty lingon berries. In the mouth mild oily and on the carbonation average with small bubbles. Not completely mine thing this, but it's not bad tasting. 26.09.2015

Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. A reddy amber coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is dank resinous hop, tobacco, brown sugars, spicy spruce tips and a little orange rind. Flavour is composed of spruce, orange peel, brown sugars, resinous hops. Palate is chewy, resinous, moderate carbonation. Very good.

Tastes like an American import. Hop notes are there but it's oxidised. Lots of oak and musty elements. Red beery.
