Bottle share. Thanks Fukuda-san. Aroma is lots of seaweed, bit floral. Taste of seaweed again, salty and berries, light sourness. Quite spritzy. Nice, but not a seaweed fan so that affected what I thought a bit.

On tap at One Mile House, pours a hazy copper amber with a medium creamy white head. Aroma brings out briney notes from the seaweed, along with subdued berry notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of seaweed and salt dominating. Don't taste any of the berries. Bizarre mix, but it works reasonably well. Cool experiment.

330 ml. bottle shared. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is lightly slaty, more conventional salt than seaweed, basic lactic & low berries. Taste is salty, red berries, low sourness, basic latic sour gose with a smidge too much salt, berries balance out the whole, low sweet berries in the back, soft carbonation & low sour plastic. Amazingly this beers rather well, simple tad too salty gose that is saved by the kiss of fruit in the back.
