750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with rustic saison yeast, with some wild yeast, and oak barrels. Flavour is very complex, with tons of oak, various funky wild critters, and spicy rustic saison yeast. Don't get any honey. Wild, spicy and oaky. This is great.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: pretty funky, brett notes, some oranges, mandarins, bit lemony. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, fruity notes, some honey, little bitter, grapefruit, mandarins, orange juice, sweet touch. Aftertaste: soft acidity, very fruity, lots of mandarins, nice stuff!

At the TH store: pours light gold with quickly dissipating head. Aroma got flowers and a hefty bit of funk with some tree and light fruitiness. Taste is somewhat sour. It is fine and delicate in its presentation and delivery. The aftertaste is fairly minor. The yeast and the wood work wonders together. Quite good.
Very pleasant acidity, complex funk and tasty wine barrel presence. Delicious!

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Pours hazy orange with a small offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is fruity and funky with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, yoghurt, moist wood, white grapes, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, slightly tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with pleasant citric acidity, stone fruits, white grapes and barnyard funk. As good as you’d expect from this brewer. Very pleasant acidity. Delicious!
