Brown-black pour with a thin khaki head that dissipates quickly to a film. Sparse small patches of lacing on the glass. Bourbon, oak, malt and chocolate in the nose. Full-bodied with an oaky bourbon character and notes of chocolate fudge, anise and charred malt. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Holding up well, still a good beer.

Pours black, no head. Scent is bourbon, soy, roasty. Taste is full, roasty, thick, soy, bourbon, oak. thick bodied, low carbo. Everything you might expect. Held up very well, being 11 y old at the moment.
Shared at Kernel for Andy P. and Jayne's wedding. Finally. Christoffer T.

On tap at 4th Avenue Pub. Hmm black, beige head. Chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, smooth, just a bit low on body compared to 2016.
Wow wow wow wow.. wat een smaakbom. Found a New nr1
Vertical 2011 to 2015 thanks Brian. Taste is still good but it has a slight bite and more licorice flavor than the 11.
