Old 750ml bottle I acquired via trade and drank with the DC crew in 2021. Pours a clear gold, basically still, no head. Nose has honey and dandelion, grist, fink. Flavor has flowers and funk and some grist. Lots of neutral barrel on the tongue. Medium bodied and high acid but still balanced.

Bottle from sledutah: pours slightly hazy gold with white head. Aroma is apricot, sort of winy, barrels, citrus notes. Taste is slightly tart, loads of fruitiness, nice wood. Quite good.

Refrigerated 75 cL brown bottle from sledutah, 8% ABV, corked and capped poured into a glass. Clear deep golden with small white head. Aroma is subtle peach, light body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is subtle tart peach/nectarine, vinous, oak, and drying finish. Easy drinking and would be good on a summer day.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is nice with a light grain note and a bit of acidity. Light citrus notes with a bit of pineapple, white grape and stone fruit. A medium light musty note. Pours a slightly hazy, bright yellow gold with a medium sized, moderately thick, fluffy, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to a thin film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light grain note and a dry finish. Some light tropical fruit and stone fruit with moderate pineapple. Moderately strong musty note with some white wine grapes and must. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice farmhouse beer. Acidity isn’t too strong with nice fruit and must notes. Nice dry finish. Great complexity.

Bottle share. Very active bottle, kept foaming. All else was right on target for the style, light, flowery, hints of yeast.
