Pours bit unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is sharp, some phenols. Mild honey. Taste is lightly acidic, sharp and dry. Mild honey. pretty complex. Very refined and quite lovely indeed.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Paul. A light haze on gold beer, thin and short lived white head. A nice light tangy fruitiness, slight white wine tang. Light and semi dry finish. As usual with HF, decent but not the 2nd coming.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice funk, grape funk, white grape, vinous funk, light tang, apricot. Flavour is composed of, spicy citrus tangy, fuzzy peach, nectarine, apricot, white grape pithy citrus, tangy. Palate is crisp and tangy, highish carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle from explosivedog: pouts yellow with nice head. Aroma is woody, grapes, honey, flowers, light funk. Somewhat tart, sweetish. Not acidic. Honey notes. Pleasant to drink.
From backlog. Taster, On tap at Mikkeller CPH Airport. Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, floral, dry, sour. Smooth.

Almost clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, white grapes. Taste of sour white grapes, white peaches, dry tart finish.

Tap at Mikkeller CPH, Copenhagen. Color is cloudy slightly deep golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citric elements, tartness, dryness, some tropical fruits ... Not in The game league with best HF saisons.

Sour and tart, fruity, floral, a bit sweet, very nice. Quaffable, very low acidity.
