At home, bottle shared with Mrk & Maakun. Strong aroma of juniper, anice, bitter lemon, yeast, spiced dough. Light sweet and over medium bitter. Medium body, above average carbonation. Pretty nice and sparkly full of aroma.

Bottle shared tanks to sjogro. Bit hazy light golden with nice white head. Bitter lemon, jenever, lots of herbs, tonic, almonds, grassy, biscuits, soft vanilla. Gin and tonic is very present. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft feel. Nice beer.

Good, lightly yellowish head, stable, over faintly veiled, yellow-golden beer. Fresh hops, bit fruity, but also nettles & garden weeds; earthy, hints at cabbage (fresh, not cooked). Sharpish flavour, again earthy; gin& tonic flavour is recognisable. Hopbitter, dried limepeel. Earthiness is again as fresh cabbage or beetroot. Medium bodied at best, good carbonation. Finish is ultra-dry. Not half bad, but I like its originality even better.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - medium hazy golden orange coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is prominent floral hoppy, some notes of gin, juniper, some citrus fruity lemon and satsuma, pretty interesting and wouldn’t mind trying again for a re-rate.

Pale yellow colour with light fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have some tropical fruits but it’s mainly dry and floral. That quinine does hang around in the aftertaste. Interesting and well balanced.

Draft at beertemple. Golden pour. Aroma of gin spice, mild hop and malt. Taste of dry gin spice, distant hop, grain and mild fruit. No fan of gin, this doesn’t do it either.

Bottle sample. Collab with ’t Uiltje. Supposed to be a Gin-Tonic wheat. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of lots of lime, sharp citrus, grapefruit, wheat, light spicy. Flavour is fruity, grapefruit, sharp sour-ish lime, kaffir lime, a bit soapy, quinine bitterness. Light bodied. Will re-rate when I find this again.
