Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016. Thank you for sharing! Very hazy citrus, creamy white head. Nose is strangely lemony, low funk, zest brett-like notes, white grape & white sugar. Taste is weird funky lemon, zesty grape, low funk, brett-like notes, funk, served too cold, white sugar,… Body is touch too watery, funk,… Not sure what this beer was meant to be or whether these brett notes with a dash of funk were intentional. Messy but interesting, seems like I enjoyed it more than most. Still not sure what this one is meant to be.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, opaque, yellow-ish golden colour with average, fluffy, fairly lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Wheaty, fruity aroma, notes of pear, apple, cautious spicy hints of mustard seed, juniper, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry and minimally tart, citrusy hoppy, slightly sweet wheaty, fruity, notes of lemon, hints of pear, a touch of banana, cautious yeasty spiciness; dry and minimally woody finish. Refreshing, light and slightly watery. Witbier-IPA crossover with Saison yeasty allusion. A probably forgettable but in no way regrettable one-night stand.

Lightly hazy yellowish - gold beer, small white head. Palate is dry and has a fine crispness. Dry yeasty start in to mild orange and mango. Dry finish. A bit dry and recessed but okay.
