Sampled at Modeste 2015. Pours cristalclear blonde. Smell is sweet, spiced herbal (ginseng) , Taste is a bit bitter, sweet, candy-like chemical notes. Bit dryness from the sugar. Very soapy.

Draught Small, but stable off-white head, leaving textbook lace over hazy golden beer. Ginger, paprika, dusty spices. Some malt underneath, bt suggesting any sweetness. Again paprika, even chili - but without the heat - bit cooked veggies. Not the typical DMS, but sulphur doesn’t seem far away. Peppery, ginger (though of course, it’s ginseng, but I’m not very familiar with that root). Light to medium bodied, feels more carbonated than it looks. Quite nice, and quite original, which is even better.
