750ml bottle clear ruby. Some head. Lightly carbonated. Cherry and malt and oat and acetic acid. Lactic too. Flavors same. Long and dry and tart. Held up well. 7 7.5 7.5 8 7.5

Nice sourness, sweet, soft, gentle, red fruits, hazy reddish brown, subtle sourness i expected a lot more but this is nice, smooth, great

Yay, Cascade! Super sour, woody, vinous.. almost close to a Flanders red. The fruityness is amazing, considering there's no fruit in it. The wood adds notes of vanilla, and old leather. Really smooth. And sour.

Huge kettle sourness. Loads of blackcurrants and sherbet. Big oak. Really balanced and drinkable. Awesome
