@ BAB 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear yellow, good white head. Smell is citrussy, sharp, yet full. Taste is sharp, intensely refreshing. Bitter, aromatic ( citrus) bit dry. Very nice, easy drinking, refreshing beer. Awesome body and carbo as well.

Draught Huge, dense, light-yellowish head over hazy straw-coloured beer. Fresh herbal, garden herbs, lunaria, nectarine. Dry, mild/light hoppy flavour, straw (again), flowery. Very creamy MF, velvety textured, fiery alcoholwarmth after some time. I do not like the idea of "double" saison (the wordplay excepted), but the beer is excellent in itself.

Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016. Hazy citrus golden with white bubbles. Nose is big juicy lemon mixed with De La Senne with floral, dry profile, white pepper, massively juicy zest & sweetish lemon, crazily dry. Taste is juicy citrus mixed with low peach, massively dry De La Senne foral profile, white pepper, rustic, massively dry &lingering finish. Very dry with juicy lemon profile. This is basically Taras Boulba with juicy lemon hops, florile & upped ABV which you do not notice at all. Gorgeous. 4.8 for now, might up this to 4.9 if I bother re-rating this which I usually don’t. I wanted to finish the festival with two tasting glasses of this one but unfortunately they ran out of it.

Tap at Moeder Lambic, 4th February 16. Pours a murky yellow, I like it. The aroma is hops, honey, floral. Taste is full as is the mouth feel, this drinks with great body, floral, yeast, slight honey, bitter and very drinkable

Draft @ ML Fontainas.
