Bottle from an online shop drunk when our electrician postponed us again. F&€#. At least the kitchen extension comes on time tomorrow. Reddish brown pour with a small head, mild aroma, sour cherry with oaky notes. Moderate complexity, red wine, dry with pretty big acidity. Pretty good, i think just a tic below the same beer in raspberry.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Harvest 2019. Pours unattractive red/brownish, opaque, with no foam. Aroma is intense, fruity, funky. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is intensely sour, acetic. Final is long, still intense sour, acetic, with some sour cherries.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, color marrone/rosso torbido, al naso è pungente funky legno aceto amarene, in bocca parte una botta di acidità frutta acerba aceto ribes note legnose date dal barrique e a fine bevuta amarena, corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera, amaro percettibile. Tagliente acidissima complessa da appassionati. Molto molto buona. c. Cantina della birra 10.06.23

750ml bottle. Harvest 2016. Piany nie za wiele, a praktycznie jej brak, niczym brak czolgow od niemiec dla Ukrainy. Barwa czerwona, gleboka, mocno bordowa, niczym przelewana Ukrainska krew w bestialskiej wojne. Mocny aromat dzikich wisni, w smaku wisnie, cierpkosc i wytrawnosc, do tego mocny i dominujacy kaw, mocne kwasne odczucia, nie dla kazdego, dla tych co wola wytrawne.

Bottled. Ruby colour with a small pinkish head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is cherries, some nutty and wooden tones with a mild tart and acidic edge to it. Flavour is nicely tart cherries with some wood and mild acidity and herbs to it as well. Nicely dry palate.

Murky reddish brown beer, thin off-white head which fizzes away to a thin foam. Tart fruit aroma. Flavour is really sour, very funky, cherry with some woodiness, a dash of vinegar to add to the sharpness. Tart fruity finish. Just a handful of flavours but very sharp and very drinkable and well balanced.
