This version of our signature American pale ale is dry hopped with the pungent Galaxy variety. Enticingly hazy and blonde in appearance with frothy carb, the nose erupts with strong citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple aromatics. Upfront and resinous hop-derived flavors of grapefruit pith, peach, and mango are balanced with a subtle, bready malt character and mild, subdued bitterness.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, thick, fluffy, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Very homogeneous, citrusy, piney and tropical fruity, grassy hoppy aroma, slightly woody notes of pineapple, passion fruit (ice cream), some grapefruit, grapefruit peel, whiffs of pine needles, a zesty lemon-orange-mandarine conglomerate, cautious, yeasty spicy overtones with a touch of mustard seed; late some resinous overtones as well. Taste is tropical fruity, citrusy and piney, slightly grassy hoppy, initial notes of passion fruit (ice cream) become partially replaced and supplemented by pineapple, a touch of grapefruit, zesty hints of various citrus fruit, pale malty basis with a touch of white bread crust; dry finish with accumulating grassy notes. Slightly viscid texture, dry, simultaneously smooth and super-soft palate, very fine, soft, still efficacious carbonation. Superbly crafted, very homogeneous, integrated and yet again not convincing by a kind of initial Wow!-effect or hop punch, but by qualities like balance, coherence, harmoniousness, and the ability to reconcile simplicity and complexity - tremendous.

Can sourced from Drikbeer and shared at home (30/10/2020) - hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity and malty with some nice tropical fruity expression of mango and passion fruit, some citrus grapefruit and lemon come in, sweet malty backing, piney solid bitter hoppy finish. Nice bitter bite to this.

Burk från DrikBeer, ca 3 veckor gammal. Något mörkare gul, tjockt disig med vit krona. Honungsmelon, vattenmelon, kaktusfikon, papaya, päron och kakor. Citrus som går mot citronmaräng. I avslutningen ananasspad. En gnutta grön och kryddig med snäll beska i avslutningen.
