Very red berry colored, great head that disappears in a flash. Mineral sour aroma. High carbonation. The grape comes through as a main component, very wine-reminiscent. Complex sour flavor, really nice.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear bright burgundy colour, small head. Vinous tart nose. Tart and rather slender, rounded mouthfeel. Lemon, vanilla and grapes. Not the most complex Cantillon ever, but intense and tasty.

0.75 l bottle at Cantillon Brewery, shared with Christoffer and Simon. Cheers, thanks! Hazy ruby red with a pink tint, small off-white head. Distinct vinous peppery aroma, black grapes, light herbs. Very fine balance of fruity and vinous aromas, wonderful tannins in the finish. Very dry on the palate, wine-like sourness. Moderate finish, medium body, moderate carbonation. Lasting finish. Very rich, potent, even though it's not a very strong beer. Loved it.

Draft. Plum red pour. Two finger thick reddish white head. Light aroma of wine barrel. Masked by the smell of cigarette smoke in the air. Very light mouthfeel. I need to try this bottle conditioned. Red wine, grape skin, plum, blueberry.
