Clear deep copper orange to maroon beer, solid creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, caramel, a bit yeasty, grains, a little metallic, some biscuits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice malty start, some caramel, gentle bitterness, grains, herbal, a bit spicy, nice. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, some citrus, slightly sourish, bitter, hoppy finish.

Trevlig

Amber pour with a decent head; aroma is mainly malt and nuts. Taste fairly similar, but a bit thin. OK, but not really memorable.

Pours deep/dark amber, fading into the lightest brown, still perfectly transparent. Medium sized, slightest off-white head; recedes relatively quick without leaving lacing. Good intensity in a simple aroma: a soft base of mainly nutty malts, with notes of dark bread and the slightest hint of roasted malts, all among a half-soft half-refreshing cola like feel. Taste notes more or less follow the aroma, again with good intensity, but they lack the softness that could be perceived in the aroma: dark bread takes a more prominent stage, with nuttiness now in the back. Only a hint of cola-like feel, a bit of sugary feel (brown sugar). Overall quite sweet in both taste and aftertaste, feels like there might be a good amount of residual sugars, but still not too sweet. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation; simple, easy mouthfeel. Fair, not impressed.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a clear bronze colour with a thin throthy white head. Aromas of toasted grains, bread, caramel and nuts. Taste has more caramel, toffee, toasted grains and nuts with an added touch of fruit cake on a slightly sweet but well balanced malty finish. No bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Very decent beer. Enjoyed.
