Traditional, seasonal farm beer, distinctive as brewed with malted wheat and barley.
This cloudy unfiltered beer has a bright yellow colour with a fine and delicate head.
The first impression on the nose is fresh, vernal and floral with subtle hints of citrus fruit.
Waterloo Récolte develops floral aromas (thanks to the Extra Styrian Dana hops), also malty and smoky. Its aroma comes primarily from the brewer’s most secret ingredient: the yeast.
The complex flavours reveal a nice floral and full-bodied bitterness. The malt and the wheat pleasantly envelop the palate. Lightly hopped, so as not to be too prevalent.
This characterful thirst-quenching beer reflects its rural roots whilst clearly announcing Spring.

Keg at delirium cafe. Pours hazy golden, nose is caramel, toffee, taste is dry, sweet caramel.
