Thornbridge Imperial Raspberry Stout. We all know that drinking beer is a congenital pastime and brewing beer can be just as fraternal. This collaboration between Rob Lovatt of Thornbridge and Jessica Heidrich St. Eriks is testament to the friendship and inspiration that brewing can produce.

This Imperial Raspberry Stout pours rich and dark with aromas and tastes of liquorice and chocolate, complimented by the generous infusion of prime Scottish raspberries.

From Heinrich 3000, trying this one at Epalinges. Interesting imperial stout, pleasant union between a raspberry juice and roasted malt, 27.12.18.

A 500ml bottle from my trip to Derby last winter. Poured at home in Jersey. It's a near black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of raspberries, chocolate, coffee, licorice, biscuit & roasted malt. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Soft slightly warming finish. Excellent stout with the ABV level well hidden

Draught @ Borefts 2013. Deep dark brown color. Soft raspberry aroma. Malty roasty flavor with a firm raspberry character. A slight sourness. Good!

500ml bottle. Thick, black beer with a generous tan head. Heavy raspberry and dark chocolate nose, carried through to the flavour. Like a raspberry cream from a box of chocolates. Very tasty indeed

Bottle - Dark chocolate covered raspberries and roast. Jet brown with a nice rich light brown head. Intense raspberry and nice dark chocolate. Intense and really nicely done.
