[as Falken Eidgenoss Amber Naturtrüb] Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, frutta secca,, pane tostato e agrumi.

33cl bottle pours a clear, burnt gold with plenty of rocky white head. Nose doesn't really ring amber, it's more like a straight forward lager. Malt and some toast, a little dough. Flavor follows. This is fairly pedestrian.

Draught @ the brewpub, Schaffhausen. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of grain and yeast, with touches of malt and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast, and touches of caramel. Bitter and estery aftertaste with touches of malt. Reasonable.

Ich weiß nicht, ob dieses Bier noch produziert wird -ich habe es anno 2013 getrunken und kann mich noch an den malzig-samtigen Geschmack erinnern. Es ist ein sanftes Bier, das nicht zu süß, aber trotzdem ordentlich karamell-malzig ist. Ein braves Bier, das aber schnell langweilig wird.

pours hazy amber with a creamy head and a nice lacing. aroma of caramel and almonds. flavour malts, bread. semi-dry finish, no bitterness.

Bottle shared at the DOS tasting thanks to Deanso. Pours clear Amber with a white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, caramel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
