Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, cacao, roasted malt, fruity notes, hint of liquorice. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Alcohol is well-hidden. Tasty and very drinkable, I could have one more right after.

I Draught /I Medium to good dense dark-cream head over reddish black beer. Sweet, liquorice-intoned, coconut, cacao in the nose. Lots of pale malts in the background, despite its black colour. Again cocos and cacao; chocolate, but drier than expected. Dark green leaves, undergrowth, dry hops. Medium to well bodied, faint alcoholwarmth. Quite OK, if a tad sweet for Porter.

Botella 33cl del señor lupulo Gijón tomada en Belmonte16..12..2016. (r00).
