"PULP is what happens when we take our Pulp Free IPA and package it without any fining agents, leaving it turbid and creamy. High protein grains are used to guarantee not just body, but also that trademark haze we have come to enjoy from the beasts of the east. Using an isolated yeast strain from Vermont, this IPA obtains complimentary yeast esters of over-ripe peaches falling from the tree that pair perfectly with its hops. While none of our beers are ever filtered, the lack of fining in tank makes PULP an opaque monster, adding a nice juicy mouthfeel to the beer, making it stick to the palate more aggressively. Low bitterness and an over-the-top dry-hopping of Citra hops marry this newly formed style with our typical Fieldwork flavor profile.

On draft at Pairfield Pizza in San Ramon. Pours a cloudy pale straw with an off white head. Aromas of oranges. flavors are clean and refreshing citrus.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange pour, looks like orange juice, thin white foamy head recedes, streaky lacing. Citrusy aroma with light bready notes. Taste offers light citrus zesty, fresh bread, mild tangy notes. So full of flavor, doesn't destroy the palate

16 ounce can from Tavour. Hazy, straw gold color is topped by a remarkably dense, creamy white head that leave’s luxurious lacing. Dank citrus and resiny pine aroma. Flavor upfront is robust and juicy. Notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, sweet grapefruit and ripe pineapple. Soft, supple mouthfeel. Bittersweet citrus finish. Delicious.

Can from Fieldwork courtesy of Nadley. Thanks bud! Pours a hazy, juicy orange gold with a finger of fluffy foam that lingers. Big juicy, orange and tangerine nose with some light pine as it warms. More of the same on the palate. Juice, pith and great balance. Very good.

Can courtesy of Linus. Very hazy tiny burnt deep yellow pour with a small frothy white head. Pleasant fairly far fruity & grassy hop juice nose. Very tiny sweet, bitter, slightly fruity & grassy taste. Soft & fairly dry mouthfeel.
