Old rating - A 330ml bottle brought home from the Gozo ferry by friends. A very well made witbier.

0.33 l bottle, thanks to my gf for it. Pours hazy, pale golden colour with thick, but quickly disappearing head. Nice, pleasant aroma and taste, a bit slight, but otherwise quite alright. Its aftertaste on the other hand has something unpleasant in it. Very livey carbonated, light bodied, easily drinkable.

Draught @ 67 Kapiteli, Valletta. Pours a pale golden yellow, pure white head. Light floral nose, no wit aromatics. Weak floral wit tone, a touch thin, malty, gentle sweet undercurrent. Tastes a bit half-arsed if I'm honest.

Nose - sweet spice and candied orange.
Taste - candied lemon, sweet spice and banana.
Palate - light bodied with a zesty finish.
Overall - good example of the style.

Bottle in ta pinu. Very pale opalescent color with a bubbly white head with a good persistence, very fizzy. Flavor is spices mostly, coriander and orange peel, lavender, citrus, lime, bitter herbs, mustard seeds. Light Mt profile Wheaty, some oats silkiness. taste is tart and quite bitter for the style, dry yeasty finish, spiced.

Bottled 330ml. -Paaale yellow coloured, medium sized snow white head, citrus and coriander in the nose. Citrus, coriander, light wheaty and notes of melon with watery finish. Not bad.

(very) pale yellow pour with a small white head. Aromas of wheat, (sweet) citrus, some banana and a hint coriander. Flavour is fruity (citrus), orange peel, yeast and some spice. Not bad at all.
