Pours clear, deep golden with thick, frothy head that disappears almost immediately. Fruity and floral notes, yeast and hops aroma. In taste at first it’s hoppy bitter and fruity sweet combined, followed by yeasty and alcoholic notes. Leaves alcoholic, dry mouthfeel. Lively carbonated, light bodied. Not the usual blond ale that I’m used to but I’ve no problem with that. Nice.

On tap @ Artigiano in Fiera 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante si fa ricordare per i merletti sul vetro. La consistenza del liquido è limpida, a bollicine fini di bassa frizzantezza con carbonazione vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva . In bocca sentori di agrumato, erbaceo, floreale e frumento.

Bottle in ta pinu. Murky yellow to golden color small bubbly white head, fizzy. Flavor is mostly herbal, balsamic spices, Groot, bitter herbs. Flavor bitter herbs upfront then backed by breast malt notes and yeast, citrus lime and cucumber in the finish, quite bitter. a bit odd to me but ok for the area.

On tap. Pours amber with moderate head. Aromas of muddled fruit, a bit of spice and bready malts. Flavors of pine, bready malts, white pepper and trail mix fruit. Ok
