Tap at Half Acre Tap Room, Chicago. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is watery weak malt. The flavour medium to strong bitter with a malt weak liqourice palate and long bitter finish. Quite a bitter pilsner.

16oz can from the brewery. Pale yellow-tan body, that faint classic Pils tinge. Thin, steady, creamy white head. Grassy, sweet aroma. Very hop forward, dry, rindy. Smooth golden malt and some deep Lager tones. Balanced, with a lot going on for such a drinkable, refreshing beverage. Drier and more hop forward than a German example, but really firmly planted in its style, a true and authentic example of the style. Top ten US Pils for sure.

16 ounce can thanks to Brian. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A sweet honey and grainy malt nose. Crisp, some citrus hops, lemon, honey, a bit of earthy grains, finishes with a long fruity and earthy flavor. Very drinkable. Quite soft and tasty.

Growler shared by Drew, thanks! Pours a clear pale soapy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grassy hops with a bit of light grain and crisp lager yeast. Flavor has grass and earthy grains with a bit of a chemical note towards the finish. Smells better than it tastes.
