The nose shows intense notes of bell pepper and cinnamon.

The palate is full bodied. Overwhelming concentrated but not overly sweet black currants throughout. Currants seem to go on forever with some baking spice notes on the end.

Dark reddish brown with no head. Aroma of big black currant, syrup that gets poured on pancakes, floral honey, vanilla and lovely spicy notes. Flavour is heavy sweet with quite some acidity. Full bodied with a pretty thick texture and soft carbonation.
