0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2018. Bottled 25. May 2018 Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, elder flower, green herbal, chlorophyl, tad herbal. very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes green herbal, peppery, grassy, earthy, bit salty, chlorophyl, some peaches. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of herbs, pepper and chlorophyl notes. good stuff, rather herbal and peppery, not much elder flowers left. overall very good one still.

Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, elder flowers, tobacco, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of pepper, tobacco and elder flowers. Very nice one

Great elderflower aromas and nice tartness ended with the bitter yeast

Interesting, very different from your regular lambics or fruited ones. Lots of elderflower, but not overpowering so. Of course it's a subtle flower, but it works nicely here. Floral and funky, tart perfume. Light and refreshing. Fun.
