Crosby Hop Farms wanted to do something special for their booth at the Craft Brewers Conference so they teamed up domestic and international breweries to make a collaboration showcasing their hops. We were fortunate to be linked up with To Øl CPH from Copenhagen to showcase Crosby Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops. The stone fruit characteristics from the Idaho 7 and the citrus characteristics from the Amarillo made for a very pleasant flavor combo.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is sweaty pineapple, some onions, biscuits. Taste is sweaty pineapple, biscuits, onions, hopburn. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty enough.

ABV: 8.2%. Hazy - murky matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit, citrus - grapefruit, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hoos, tropical fruit - pineapple, citrus - grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190508]

Sample @ MBCC 2019. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice bitter hops, fruits, flowers and malt. Nice bitter finish.

MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100519

0,2l from tap at Mikkeller friends. Orange murky color, small white head. Smells ripe Fruits, mango, earthy, lychee. Heavy smell, nice. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes mango, milky, earthy, lactose, oats. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of mango, oats and lactose notes. Pretty nice one, rather heavy
