Schon lange hatte ich keim richtiges belgisches 🇧🇪 Bier mehr. Umso mehr freute ich mich auf dieses Blanche 🤍. Dies ist zwar vom Brauereimoloch Hyghe, aber man vekommt ein feines, leichtes ☁️ Blanche, das angenehm auf der Zunge schmeichelt 👅 und dabei den Gewürznoten genug Raum gibt
Für den Sommer 🌞 wirklich eine tolle, aromatische Erfrischung.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Wheaty malty and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally citrusy fruity aroma, hints of banana, a touch of orange peel, whiffs of coriander. Taste is perfumed spicy and slightly zesty, citrusy fruity, widely disguised, wheaty malty basis, notes of coriander and orange peel, diluted hints of wheat, minimally soapy overtones.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Very nice appearance, okay-ish nose, concerning taste imbalanced, slightly overspiced and quite watery as well - mediocre in the end.

Aroma of wheat, hay, citrus fruits, yeast, spicy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a light bitter finish. Enjoyable Witbier.

Аромат дрожжевой, острый, цвет темно-золотой. Пена приятная, пушистая. Вкус к сожалению пустоват. Сильно чувствуются дрожжи и кориандр. Но пиво очень водянистое, даже для витбира. Также присутствует какая то мимолетная, противная горечь.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a cloudy straw colour with big white top. Aroma of wheat, coriander - has a nice freshness to it. Taste wise it also has a lightness to it helped by a soft frothy carbonation. Notes of wheat, orange peel, coriander, light spice, minerals. Very good. Aspecto amarillo blanquecino, muy turbio, espuma blanca, cremosa, compacta y abundante de excelente retención. Aroma con aire bastante floral y notas de levadura, cilantro, galleta maría, cereal, especias. En boca tiene cierto cuerpo y punto de textura algo sedosa, sabor muy marcado por la levadura, el trigo y el cilantro, ligeramente dulce, cierto amargor al final del trago, leve punto ácido. Para mi una witbier sabrosa que no me importaría repetir, un trago bien agradable, me gusta sin duda.

YG 170724. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, spices, wheat. Flavor is citrus, spices, wheat, coriander, lemon, oranges. A little bit thin body.
