330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy / milky greyish-yellow colour, large white head. Wheaty aroma, notes of orange peel and coriander seeds. Light bodied. Citric flavour, medium dry, notes of wheat, orange and lemon peel, and coriander seeds. Refreshing.

Bottle. An unclear yellow-colored brew with a dense finger-thick white head leaving lacing. The aroma has lots of coriander and citrus, lemon and orange, lime, and a light wheat and pale malt touch. Lightly bready. It's medium bodied and well carbonated, quite dry, with a good bitterness. Spiced, almost Christmasy, citrusy flavor with a nice maltyness. Medium length finish. A decent wit for sure. 240717

Tap at bar Roma. Very pale milky color, shirt fine white head fair persistence. Aroma of wheat and spicest, light citrusy orangey. Light body, fine carbonaton, dry citric finish, minimal bitterness.

Cette Corsendonk blanche n'affolera pas les foules. Et si les arômes sont agréables bien que stéréotypés l'intensité des arômes et la présence en bouche sont nettement insuffisantes. Le visuel est sur un jaune pâle trouble avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche de 1 cm. Le nez est très classique mais pas déplaisant sur le blé, le zest de citron, d'orange et la coriandre. En bouche une légère acidité apparaît permettant de réveiller un peu les papilles car ce n'est pas avec l'intensité des arômes que cela arriverait. Les arômes de zest d'orange sont également plus présents. Les 4,8 % sont nettement insuffisants mais les arômes ne sont pas désagréables. La corpulence est très faible et les arômes accrochent peu. Le final est pour sa part moyennement long. Bof, bof.
