Bottle from Burg Bieren, BB 08.07.17, large sample. Hazy yellow color, big rocky white head. Aroma of a typical belgian witbier, citrus, coriander, orange peel, slight spicy yeast, hint of wheat, flowery. Perfect for the style. Soft sweet and soft bitterness, slight spicy. Bit dry in the finish. Medium carbonation. Very good example of the style actually.

Bottle at the Fiddler Den Haag. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast citrus. The flavour is acid weak citrus with a crisp dry slightly light watery mineral earthy citrus palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle at The Fiddler. Pours almost clear pale golden with a big white head. Aroma of citrus, light yeast and fresh grass. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with moderate to high carbobation.

Taste: overload of coriander, soft sourness, bit spicy, dry. Aftertaste: little bitter, coriander, refreshing, spicy, little bitter.

Brand new beer , tasted at Horecabeurs . Pours unclear yellow, ok white head . Smell is oranges , on top of very much coriander . Taste is bitter , with a very intense aspect of fresh mown grass ... WTF ? It even builds up to the aftertaste ... some bitterness underneat , but damn ... this is not what I expected at all ...
