Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, mild vinegar, sour fruits, oak, grass, citrus acid, berry skin, leafs, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Clear deep red-brown colour with thin head. Lots of tart fruits, oak and some aniseed too. Something of a red wine vinegar as well. Very tart but not a burning acidity.

On tap at the SP Cellar. Pours a cloudy amber with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin, oak, leather, earth. Slick body, leather, oak tannin, red apple, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Cloudy chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, molasses and dark dried fruit. Dry and tart, complex, fruity flavour with figs and prunes, dark sugar and molasses, but without any sweetness.

Poured from a 364 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly apple forward with hints of cinnamon, sour cherry, raisin and fig. Light wine notes and tannins with a touch of oak. Light toasted malt notes. Pours a murky, reddish brown with auburn hues and a medium sized, medium thick, tan head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is a fairly balanced blend of sweetness and acidity, though the acidity is a bit sharp. Light malt notes of toasted bread and biscuit. Low bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Moderate red apple notes with light sour cherry, cinnamon and raisin notes. A bit of a wine note with some tannins and light oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but nothing amazing. It's similar to a sour brown with added apple character.

Kurde, bylo y ryli sups i ciekawe, bompaleta mila, owocowa, wisnie, jablka, rodzynek ciut, winne nutki... fajnie cierpkie posmaki. Ale: a) za kwasne b) troche za octowe. Te dwie rzeczy psuja frajde. Ale na szczescie nie do konca :)
