Tart fruity with vibrant waves of passion fruit, notes of orchard fruit, barnyard, subtle floral, fruity infused wooden oak notes in play, medium body, lingering fruity tart finish. Great balance, delicate and refined yet intense, exquisite.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, passion fruit, celery, minerals - yeast, stone fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, passion frit, stone fruit, celery, citric, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]
