From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Light unclear golden color. Yeasty aroma, fruity, heavy tropical fruity, passion fruit, stone fruits and nectarines, light funk. Sweet and acidic taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

ABV: 7.5%. Light cloudy - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, passion fruit, celery, minerals - yeast, stone fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, passion frit, stone fruit, celery, citric, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. orange murky color, small white head. smells of heavy passion fruit juice, bit grassy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of passion fruit, earthy, citric, grassy, bit peppery. fiinshes dry and light to medium sour with notes of passion fruit, grassy and earthy notes. very very nice one, very passion fruit forward, very smooth overall. 8, 4, 9, 4, 19

Draught at Arrogant Sour 2019. Orange, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, light yellow head. Aroma of passion fruit, straw, moderate barnyard, apples, some citrus. Tastes lovely, quite similar, with more passion fruit flesh, some vanilla, some almond. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, a bit sweet, a bit sour, a bit wooden, with green apple skin, passion fruit, some almond. Beautiful! So fresh and elegant, with the passion fruit beautifully showcased, while there's also much more going on. The balance is really perfect, just the right levels of funk, fruit, acidity and sweetness. One of my highlights at the festival! Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 5 / 17

Bottle thanks to Ricky. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is intense passionfruit, lemon, oak, yeast, floral. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruit forward with lots of passion fruit. Hints of lemon, pineapple and stone fruit. Light oak notes. Faint herbal phenolics. Pours a somewhat clear, gold color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that exhibits decent retention as it slowly recedes to a thin film that lingers. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with a balanced, medium light to light acidity. Light grain notes and moderate bitterness. Light oak and tannins. Moderate passion fruit notes with medium light lemon and pineapple. Faint stone fruit. Light herbal, grassy phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice saison. I like the aroma butter than the flavor as the house culture clashed a bit with the passion fruit in the flavor.
