Aus der Flasche (bbe 01.06.2022) im 2021-03 getrunken. Bei diesen Met ist der Name klar Programm. Das säuerliche Kirschenaroma paßt gut zu dem süßen Einfluss des Honigs. Dazu kommt noch ein paar richtig schöne Weihnachtsgewürze. Es ist gefährlich einfach zu trinken.

Bottle that's been in the house for almost a year, so probably an early lockdown purchase. Consumed at home Saturday 13th February 2021 listed to the last 20-30 minutes of Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show and then Tom Robinson, both on 6Music. We had two types of homemade Tortellini (World Tortellini Day today) We did a 12km loop/circular walk around Freising today in the snow and extreme cold -10c. This pours a very dark brown with a slight ruby hue, no head. Sweet but very fruity, the cherries adding a nice dimension here, A real sipper because at 12%, this is so easy drinking. Lovely mead.

THT December 2019 at Kwartje. Dark red. Sweet dark fruits, honey, oakey, dry oaky. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at THT December. Dark purple with no head. Sweet cherry, honey, yoghurt, marzipan, flowery, cherry pits, more honey. Quite sweet, light tart. Over medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours red. Aroma and flavor are massive cherries, cherry stones, honey, booze, marzipan. Overall: very good.

Flaska på Brewskival. Mörk rödlila i färgen. Söt, bärig och syrlig med toner av körsbär, röda och svarta vinbär, stor nötig sötma och snäll syrlighet och strävhet med tanniner från bärskal. Gott, bärigt och syltigt. Torr och stram i kroppen trots sin storlek.
