400ml draught at Zum Franziskaner. Off-white head remaining over a deep brownish head, fair lacing. Caramel malts on the nose, semi dry. Caramel flavoured added by earth and nuts. Roasted caramel malty ending. Medium bodied. Pleasing (Stockholm, 02.11.2025).

Tap at Zum Franziskaner. Dark brown mezzo mix. Roasted, coffee, chalk, bread, fruits. Full, nice bitterness, chewy, some crunch. Lovely balanced. I like a lot.

Bayrischer Anstich in Zum Franziskaner. Cloudy dark chestnut. Creamy lacing head. Chocolate roast aroma, medium full, creamy, mellow, cake chewy, caramel, very well balanced by aromatic hops, chocolate covered candied orange, very moreish. Great!

Draught@Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is toasted, mild earthy and some herbal tones. Flavour is roasted malts, some herbs, mild chocolaty tones with earth and some slight ashes.Still very smooth and good with food.
