(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 25 July 2020) Dark brown colour with hints of ruby. Lasting beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, roasted malt, burnt sugar and raisins. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, coffee, caramel, raisins and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Dark brown with full head. Aroma of plum, figs and chocolate. Slightly sweet taste with chocolate and coffee. Bottle. Pours a dark brown amber color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty caramel hoppy aroma with weak hints of chocolate. Slightly roasted malty caramel bitter hoppy flavor. Has a slightly roasted malty caramel hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle from Ssytembolaget. This is a smart and sophisticated schwarzbier that has the Gänstaller taste all over it, that is that kinda pilsner malt, reasonably hopped taste. A slight pub floory aroma. Dark mahogany colour. Slightly roasted nut, sticky ending. Very bitter finish. I kinda love it but still cant give more than what is here.
