This is a fairly new style of beer called New England IPA/DIPA. The aim is a big and juicy mouthfeel that incloses the hopflavors. It’s light in colour with lower bitterness than your regular Double IPA. Utah DIPA is profoundly hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Cashmere. The beer is highly aromatic and flavourful.

Matt gul med hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, appelsinskall og aprikos. Middels fylde. Bitter. Sitrusskall, ananas, aprikos og noe laktose. Middels lang.

Can from SB. Hazy peachy orange with a brief white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Fresh aroma with orange peel, peach, citrus, pineapple. Taste is a bit more herbal and grainy with some papaya and peach lingering. A bit chewy minerality. Quite nice.

Burk från SB. Grumlig mörkgul i färgen med liten och försvinnande vit krona. Ganska punchig arom med stickiga gräslökstoner jämte den typiska tropiska mixen. Lite syltig touch där aprikos, mango, apelsin och ananas står i förgrunden. Medium+ kropp. Inte superjuicig utan snarare lite rå och stickig där humlet kittlar något på tungan. Smaken följer doften ganska sömlöst, med undantag för en något mer markant diesel-ånga. Överlag en något punchigare, råare humlejuice-DIPA som ändå är uppe och fäktas med sina jänkar-motsvarigheter. Bra!
