Oudje nog even opentrekken, enorm veel kersenpitten, veel amalndel, kers, goed zuur ook, trekt de gehele boel bij elkaar, desondanks nog goed te soen

Ripe cherries on the nose, sour, fruity and a bit sweet. Red cherries, some dry wood, low acidity. No funk really, shame. Quite juicy and uncomplex, but tasty. Very nice. Rating this 3.24 is a crime against humanity.

Bottled 27 November 2019. Cork bubbled and then came out on its own. Deep red, high carbonation. Heavy cherry smell. Taste is nicely dry sour, with loads of sour cherries and their pits present. Some oakyness, not much funk. Classic and refreshing.

Draft at Le Grincheux. Hazy deep ruby with pink head. Massive sweet and sour cherry, almonds, light funk and hay, oak. Medium sweet and sour, light bbn bitter. Over medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Really a lot of fresh cherry in here, I don't think I've actually had this from draft before, really a treat!

Sweet cherries, tart cherries, extra tart front.

The grädde on the mos so to speak. All the cherry, cinnamon and almond you could ask for combined with balanced acidity. Yum! Definitely will sleep well on the train back home.
