Draught@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is rye, some bread, grains and nice sweet toffee. Flavour is spices, rye, sweet bread and some wooden notes. Wellbalanced.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of rye, some yeast and earth. Muddy copper colour, off-white head. Aroma of rye, hops, malt. Nicely avoids being messy. Some yeastiness in finish. Medium bitter, medium carbon. Heavy body.

Tap at Roosters, Oulu. Colour is brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, rye, bread, some distant hints of chocolate and malts. OK but little bit of more malts plz.

Tap at Bruuveri. Dark brown colour, small beige head. Malty, bready, mentholy aroma with Saimaa house aromas. Medium-bodied. Caramel, malts, grass and coffee. Decent bock.

Draught on March 3, 2018 at 60 Degrees Bar & Brewery at the Helsinki Vantaa airport. As a 25 cl pour.Cloudy dark brown color, tan head. Bitter, sweet, floral taste. Malty, toasted aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Medium and fizzy mouthfeel, medium to medium low bitterness. Malty, toasted scent.8/3/7/3/14=3.5
