Hoppy Feet has been lovingly crafted by combining premium malt with lots of Amarillo and Columbus hops. Grapefruit and Pine are balanced on the nose and on the palate by a nutty, dark chocolate, roasted backbone.

Ash and whole orange aroma. Clear mahogany, thin tan head, good lacing. Charred oak and ash flavor with subtle lemon zest hints. Tar notes in the end. Nice mouthfeel. Hops are sparing or drowned out by the patent malt.

A deep dark IPA with a thin moka head. In aroma, classic c-hops with chocolate notes, pinhey and smooth. In mouth, a smooth pinhey hops with smooth chocolate, classy and lovely. On tap at Boston Beer Summit, Jan. 15 2011.

Pours black into a stein. Creamy micro head pancakes as it slowly recedes leaving spotted spiders. Thin, dark caramel and pine resin aromas. Dark roasted chocolate upfront turning to pine and grapefruit in the lasting earthy finish.

22oz bottle at the DC local tasting. Pours a transparent, purplish black with a wispy white head. Aroma catches you off guard... in a good way: spicy, pine, lemons, flowers. Flavor is all citrus, orange rinds, lemons, pine. Medium bodied, smooth finish.
