Bottled. Hazy reddish orange colour with a small silghtly off-white foamy head. Aroma is lingonberries, some zest, mild white peppery tones with some slight citrus. Flavour is peppery, lingonberries, some toffee and mild citrus as well as some slight wooden and mild earthy tones.

Murky reddish orange color, small white head. Aroma has lingonberry, earthyness and peppery Saison yeast. Medium-bodied. Sweetish front, Saison yeast, pepper, then lingonberry tartness around in the finish. Refreshing, Ok.

Belgian yeast phenolic aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Belgian yeast phenolic, tart. spicy scent.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 9 Sep 2016) Muddy yellowish amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of bread, yeast, hay and dried fruit. Malty, spicy taste with bread, yeast, canned fruit, sour berries and a hint of smoke or toast. Medium body, with a certain sweetness, low bitterness. Interesting, but the lingonberry is a bit hard to find. Quite enjoyable.
