Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has coconut and sweet grains with a bit of straw underlying. Flavor has straw and grains with a bit of coconut growing.

650ml bottle sampled during Aussie trip 2017-18. Pours lightly hazed pale amber with a white top. Aroma: malts & light citrus. Taste: light sweet, light citrus, grass, hints of toasted coconut. Medium bodied, average carb, light bitter finish.

Schooner on tap at the Australian, The Rocks. Pale amber beer with thin white head. Distant fruit nose, some coconut. Slight zing, sweet and hoppy! Coconut is integrated well into the finish. Great quencher.

@ Australian Hotel. Hazy pale, thick head. Moderate fruity hop, dash of citrus, not much coconut. Light coconut taste, a bit of bitterness. Good, balanced.

Draught on October 16, 2015, at The Australian 11th Annual Beer Festival.Hazy pale golden color, white head with lacing. Herbal, grassy scent. Malty, herbal taste. Coconut flakes, toasted aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Also coconut scent.
