330ml bottle into schooner glass. 3.8%. Yeasty tart nose, raspberry and malt. Cloudy golden pink beer with frothy head and high carbonation. Light clean taste followed by fruity tartness. Finish is like fruit yogurt only dry. Excellent.

On tap at Canvas, pours a clear pink with a large white head. Aroma brings out prominent raspberry, a little lacto and a touch of tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of fresh raspberries upfront, followed by lacto and cereal malt. Dry and yogurty. Works very well.

Draught @ Staves Brewery. Hazy pink. Lots of raspberry and a good clean sour. The assertive fruit is attractive.
