From City Brew Tours, canned August 14th 2023.
It pours a mostly clear straw yellow with an inch of foam, lacing is good.
The smell is cloves, banana, a bit of orange citrus.
The taste is cloves, banana, yeast, orange zest, good carbonation, good mouthfeel, good example of the style.

Draft pour at Pike. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white fizz head. Belgian yeast forward aroma. Nice flavor with light banana fruit. Almost like a banana cream. Sweet, but not in a bad way here. Good hefe overall.

Sampler at the brewery. The beer is a lightly hoppy take on the style. The banana esters are there but its been a bit cleaned up. Hops are there but nothing that excites me. Its neither a good or bad take on a hefe or a hoppy wheat. Like many of the other beers, its a fine but meh for my personal tastes.

On tap @ the brewery during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a fairly cloudy golden orange appearance with a thin tan head. Aroma has a lot of bubblegum and banana but not overdone like many American examples. Smells nice with light floral notes. Low bitterness. Banana, lemon, yeasty flavor. Wow, this one is pretty fucken good. 1 in 5 American-made German Hefeweizens is worthy of my time. This is one of them. Cheers!

Draught at the brewery, as Weissbier
Muddy blond color. Cloves dominate the aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, there is enough wheat character, and even more clove and banana; moderately sweet.
Nice.

On tap at Stoup, pours a cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of banana upfront, with a little clove. Flavour brings out shitloads of fresh banana, with clove to a lesser degree. One of the most banana-dominated beers I've had. Delicious hef.
