High Wire is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste. .?

Hazy blond with thin lacy head. Aroma and flavour have lots of earthy, slightly skunky hop notes and citrus peel bitterness.

Can, 5.5%. Distinct and refreshing caramelly and piney hop aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable frothy and creamy white head. The flavour has the note from the aroma but a more prominent caramel note. Good, clean bitterness.

On tap at PureCraft, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright tropical fruity notes, citrus hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is assertive for the style, with lots of citrus hops, bright tropical fruits, and biscuity malt. Bitter on the palate in a tasteful way. Bright, citrusy and punchy. Excellent.

330 ml can. Pours amber with lots of carbonation and full head of big bubbles. Aromas of candied oranges, grapefruit, pine, and light toasty malts. Flavors of same though more emphasis on grapefruit and a little bitter.
