A style originating in Britain but surpassed in the New World. Ours is robust, dry and flavoured with bucket loads of spicy Pacific Northwest hops.

2017-07-13, cask at the brewpub, dry hoped with Galaxy, 6-4-7-3-12=32
Cloudy light amber color. Compact head. Mild aroma of resiny and citrusy hops. Served too warm and undercarbonated for a NA IPA, the malt base is not bad, the hop offers some resins, a decent bitterness level, but also some vegetable bitterness in the end.
In this format, it’s not exciting.

Golden color, hazy, nice perlage. Aroma of fruity hops, with an impression of bubblegum. As most beers of the new stream this as well is quite lean and dry; nice pale malt flavor (better than those caramelly IPAs), but the hops are not shining as they should, their fruity power is limited.
Pleasant.
